I greatly appreciated that they let me see the DOT dates on the tires before installation. And I also appreciated the 2 employees who asked me if I wanted a water while I was waiting. And of course the one on the tires before installation. And I also appreciated the 2 employees who asked me if I wanted a water while I was waiting. And of course the one female employee who gave me a set of earplugs to muffle the very loud construction noise. On the other hand, I'm not sure it should take 2 hours to replace 4 tires, and I was a little sad that I couldn't use my $60 off of a $500 purchase on my $1100 purchase (due to the buy-3-get-one-free tire offer).
