Simple oil change back in October 2024 on my 2021 CX5. Tech overfilled the engine oil way over the max mark. Car was in winter storage and put back in service last month. If not, that is something that needs to be incorporated into the procedures. This could have resulted in some hefty costs. More

The dealership seems to be towards a new style that I have noticed over the last few years. People are out in a large room with people doing deals out in the open. I also felt very pushed but definitely not as bad as the Walser Mazda Burnsville location. They were terrible and thus the reason I went to a location all the way across town. Polar Mazda sales could spend the time familiarizing purchasers of their dealership. Show how their shop works and such. The sales person did come in on her day off which says a lot about her but the rest of the staff could take a few steps up . More
