Our experience with Walser Polar Mazda was such a happy, relaxed, and just overall, great experience when buying our 2024 Mazda CX-50. Kenneth was nothing but positive. He did a great job during our initial visit in early March of answering our questions, allowing us to test drive the version of the vehicle we were interested in, educating us on what additional services/warranties could or would be offered, and ultimately, locating our vehicle and reserving it for us while still in production. FLAWLESS. ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ Kenneth and Jim were both outstanding representatives of the Walser Polar Mazda dealership in White Bear Lake, Minnesota and despite the distance from our home to this dealership, I will go out of my way to continue to utilize their services at the White Bear Lake location for any of our vehicle’s needs. Although small print wasn’t noticed by me, Charged for tire rotation was disturbing. It normally is included and when asked, I was told it was written when I was rushed to give my keys over. I was told by my service advisor that the issue I had with my vehicle could easily be fixed and under warranty. I feel completely safe going to this service department in that they will fix what is wrong with my vehicle could easily be fixed and under warranty.
