People are courteous. I had tire that had a leak, yet I could get free repairs at Costco. The service people did not repair the leak, showed where the leak was in the vide I had tire that had a leak, yet I could get free repairs at Costco. Also, bottled water was provided while I was waiting for my car to be serviced. This is convenient so that I do not need to always remember to bring my own water. More
