Easy and excellent I drove in, we talked about what issues needed to be addressed...a possible diagnosis and estimate was given. He had a loaner vehicle ready for me..in I drove in, we talked about what issues needed to be addressed...a possible diagnosis and estimate was given. He had a loaner vehicle ready for me..inside on a rainy day. I was called with an update and contacted when the work was done. Came back, returned the vehicle and they even drove my car to the door so I didn't have to look for it in the rain. More

Great First Experience I purchased my vehicle, used, through another dealer, but it still had the remainder of a new vehicle warranty through Mazda. Even though this vehicle I purchased my vehicle, used, through another dealer, but it still had the remainder of a new vehicle warranty through Mazda. Even though this vehicle was not purchased through Walser, the service department had no issues taking a look and performing service in a timely manner with courtesy and care. No appointment, fast and helpful. I had no appointment so I had to wait 15 minutes to get maintenance service. I thought it would take longer as it was Saturday morning.
