Professional and Knowledgeable Staff I realize that going to a dealership for repairs isn’t always the most economical thing to do, but the staff here really makes the experience worth th I realize that going to a dealership for repairs isn’t always the most economical thing to do, but the staff here really makes the experience worth the money you pay. Plus they do quality work with Mazda parts, so I don’t have to worry about something breaking six months after the repair. I got an oil change for less than I would have at a Jiffy Lybe or Instant oil change company. I’ll keep bringing my car here to maintain. More
Great Service! I scheduled my appointment for a Saturday morning and was greeted as soon as I got through the door with smiling faces from both James and Bret! They got the mileage off my car and got right to work. This was my first oil change and tire rotation since I bought my car and they made it so simple and easy. I left for around an hour and returned to my car completed as well as washed (it was pretty dirty). Robin checked me out and explained the paperwork I was being sent home with (repair order with the inspection). Everyone was amazing to work with and I will definitely be returning for all of my service needs to Walser Polar Mazda. More
