I brought the car in because it wouldn't stay locked. They supposedly ran a diagnostic and found nothing. I was surprised when they called to tell me I could pick the Outback up and he had instructed t They supposedly ran a diagnostic and found nothing. I was surprised when they called to tell me I could pick the Outback up and he had instructed the employee to tell me how to UNLOCK the door. I waited while he gave me instruction (so he could tell the supervisor that he had followed instructions). Then I to had no problems unlocking the door it was keeping it locked and that was why I had brought it in. I am guessing that even after I told him I had driven professionally for several companies, he did not take your pick: believe me, still considered me a dumb female, has Alzheimers and forgot what I told him or doesn't believe what I told him. We never had trouble when we bought our previous Outback at White Bear Subaru or with any of our other Outbacks. I will never buy another vehicle from Walser. We are thinking about contacting White Bear Subaru and seeing if they can help us. More
