I was very clear that I did not want any warranty or add ons. The sales rep got finance manager and tried talking me into a warranty. I had to say no four different times. That was very disappointing that they did not respect my answer. The finance manager seemed upset that I said no. They also added a $399 charge for "Pulse" even after I stated that I did not want any add ons. I called them back asking for a refund because I did not want it and it actually was never installed on my vehicle, or it was and does not work (I emailed them a video of it not working). They did not want to refund me and said I had to come in to return the vehicle and get a new title and loan, or something along those lines to remove the charge. After I agreed to coming in they suddenly discovered that they could send a check to Capital One; i am not sure why that was not their immediate response in the first place. They said they would send Captial One a check since they scammed me out of $399 plus tax. Captial One has not yet received anything from them. I will actively tell my friends and family of my terrible experience with Subaru and the Walser conglomerate. More
