Walser's policy about "no haggling" prices, with the caveat that they can fluctuate daily depending on market conditions is a little disconcerting to a new customer. When I called about a truck I had seen on Carfax, and made an appointment to test drive it four days later, I got an email "alert" the night before my test drive saying the price had gone up $100. I almost cancelled my test drive because it felt like bait and switch. Fortunately, I came anyway, and met Sam B, who was helpful and courteous. Other than that kerfuffle, Sam B was a joy to work with, and I felt he was trustful. More
I was disappointed because my car did not work after the tune up. I had to wait another 90min to finish. So in total I was there 11:15-5:30. I thought it would have been at most 2:30.
