I’ve been taking my 2021 Outback to this dealership for maintenance since I purchased it there in the fall 2020. When my car was completed, a nice gentleman came to get me in the showroom. Brought me out to my car that he backed out of the shop for me, a nice gesture for sure. I love that there are great beverages in the showroom, an added touch would be to have a bottle of water placed in each car for the customer. Everyone always needs water and having one already in the car would be great customer service! More
I waited 2 hours and 20 minutes for them to tell me that my Forrester needed to be serviced for my AC but they couldn't fix it due to their systems being down. They had told me previously that their systems my Forrester needed to be serviced for my AC but they couldn't fix it due to their systems being down. They had told me previously that their systems were down and they could diagnose my Forrester but would not be able to fix it at this time. Apparently, it takes nearly two and a half just to diagnose a problem? That was on a Thursday. It is currently Tuesday and no one has called me to reschedule my appointment to get my AC fixed. More
