I’ve been taking my 2021 Outback to this dealership for maintenance since I purchased it there in the fall 2020. I love that there are great beverages in the showroom, an added touch would be to have a bottle of water placed in each car for the customer. I waited 2 hours and 20 minutes for them to tell me that my Forrester needed to be serviced for my AC but they couldn't fix it due to their systems being down. They had told me previously that their systems my Forrester needed to be serviced for my AC but they couldn't fix it due to their systems being down.
