Specifically, I only learned late in the process that the car came with just one key. More frustrating, Walser did not remove the previous primary driver from the vehicle. This created a significant challenge because the car originated from Canada. After three unreturned phone calls to Walser, I contacted the main Toyota customer service line and was told the system could only be reset in the country where the vehicle was originally registered—Canada. What good is the car if you can use the technology. Generally, poor communication, poor execution and unreturned calls...how would you feel? More
