Great experience BUYING a used vehicle from Joel F and Service Manager Patrick H but extremely poor when trying to get a repair covered under the “ limited power train warranty “ . I even stopped in to try to discuss in person but after being passed around for 30-45 minutes I left a handwritten note ( which went unanswered) and left. I guess once the sale was made that’s when I became unimportant to Walser Toyota More
