I texted him to see if I'd be getting a check on 10/13. Nothing. Called over a week ago, to talk to a Service Manager. Talked to Dylan who said he had Tyler by him. Got the excuse again about busy and will look into it. Not a peep as of 10/27. Very frustrating. I want the refund of the maintenance that I was charged plus cancel the maintenance package and refund the balance. This is really poor. More

Took over 4 hrs in the office. I was left sitting by myself for a majority of the time. Bad communication about the warranty. Wasn't told about having to pay $200 deductible at loc I was left sitting by myself for a majority of the time. Bad communication about the warranty. I took my truck here for service about 5 months after purchasing it here. Communication was pretty non-existent during the 2 week timeframe they had it. I sent texts and called and wouldn't hear back for purchasing it here. Communication was pretty non-existent during the 2 week timeframe they had it. I sent texts and called and wouldn't hear back for days. I had assumed I had an issue with the suspension due to the sound I heard and after replacing a few things, I finally got it back. Unfortunately the noise was still present, so I called and left messages asking if I could bring it back in. I was told I'd receive a call back the next week and never did. I decided to take my truck elsewhere to fix the problem. I was clearly just a number and not a priority at all. Tommy could use some customer service training for sure. I won't be coming back here for service or my next vehicle. More
