I was somewhat declined for a service I requested which was just to examine a my tires’ break . My car was ready for pick up but I had to wait almost 10mins for it. My service advisor was help 1 person before me and someone could have just gave my keys so I can get going! It’s ridiculous because there were at least 10 service advisors standing around talking among themselves and one person could’ve help me. I guess this is new norm?! You guys have potential to be better please Do! More

I had an appointment. Changing a lightbulb in the passenger taillight and windshield wipers. There were openings when I called to schedule. After waiting 45 minutes I asked and was told there was other customers and were working me in. I reminded her I had an appointment, I wasn’t a walk in to be fit in. What is the point of having an appointment?? I waited another 20 minutes and asked again and was told they were about done. Total time 1 hour an 30 minutes. This is ridiculous . In addition sent a link to go through additional steps and time to pay my bill. Way too busy and short staffed. I won’t return. Please don’t send and bother me with any more emails!!!! Thanks More
The service department has always been attentive and welcoming. Communication between the scheduling center and the service department needs some work. Scheduled recall work and requested a tow hitch/ w welcoming. Communication between the scheduling center and the service department needs some work. Scheduled recall work and requested a tow hitch/ wiring harness and when I arrived, the service department was only aware of the recall work. However, the service department went out of their way to get the tow hitch and wiring harness parts so that I didn't have to reschedule the appointment. More
