I wasn't kept updated by my service advisor. I was there for 4 hours for oil change, tire rotation and front brakes. That is VERY LONG. We had our car serviced recently and had the regular oil change, etc. We also have an issue where the car goes into 2WD from 4WD. The mechanic said that he couldn’t “recreate” the issue and we were charged change, etc. We also have an issue where the car goes into 2WD from 4WD.
