I was impressed at once with Kevin Danh. We were simply on a recreational look at the current Toyota Rav4 features. Kevin met with us and proceeded to convince us that there was a car that w We were simply on a recreational look at the current Toyota Rav4 features. Kevin met with us and proceeded to convince us that there was a car that would greatly satisfy our needs, and it could be available - due to circumstances - within 30 days. He also showed where we could trade our current car and make it all happen with a "cash" deal. All of that became reality. The Rav4 arrived within the timeframe. We had anticipated the chance that it would come after a short trip we had planned. However, it was to happen the day before the trip so we had the opportunity to travel in style after closing on the new car. All went swimmingly. More

Dropped car off, was supposed to be ready at 3:30. No call came. I called at 5:00, employee said he needed to talk to his manager and he'd call back. No call back. Called back at 5:25, employee sai No call came. I called at 5:00, employee said he needed to talk to his manager and he'd call back. No call back. Called back at 5:25, employee said he walked to the service area and car was done and ready to pick up. Showed up at 5:35, car was not ready. A very helpful employee named Gio made sure the car was finished and brought to the front as soon as possible, left at 6:15. More
