Very responsive check in and service advisor. Issue with tire sensors resolved. Follow-on appointment made for January 30th to address seat belt issue. Was happy that I was not charged (due to Issue with tire sensors resolved. Follow-on appointment made for January 30th to address seat belt issue. Was happy that I was not charged (due to warranty purchased with car) to resolve the tire pressure sensor issue and some trouble shooting time spent with the front passenger seat belt issue. No issue was found with the seat belt, but issue is not resolved. The seat belt gradually tightens when it is worn and needs to be either adjusted or replaced. I took my Prius to Walser Toyota for service. In the process of replacing the spark plugs all 4 were broken and porcelain fell into the cylinders. I received a call from Tyler right away explaining the situation. He offered me a rental car free of charge since I would be without my vehicle for a couple of days rather than hours. When I picked up my vehicle I was shown photos of the porcelain in the cylinders as well as photos after it had been removed. I felt Tyler was being honest and transparent about the mistake that was made by the technician. He also offered me compensation that I felt was fair and adequate. I will continue to buy and have my Toyotas serviced at Walser. More
I bought a vehicle from Walser 3 weeks ago and paid extra to have it shipped since I live seven hours away. I still haven’t received it. The “worry-free return & 30 day exchange policy” sounds great, but it to have it shipped since I live seven hours away. I still haven’t received it. They said it was going to be done around 11:30. An hour later, I’m still standing at the place just to have them tell me they’re having issues with the steering wheel sensor.
