I arrived for my appointment and was greeted in a friendly, professional manner. I was told how long I might expect to wait since I was remaining at the dealership for the car. I was told to expect friendly, professional manner. I was told how long I might expect to wait since I was remaining at the dealership for the car. I was told to expect a video assessment describing the multipoint inspection of my car by the technician but that did not happen. I appreciated the availability of coffee and water and a comfortable place to wait for my car. When the car work was completed, I was given a printed summary of the inspection and it was reviewed with me and the inspection did not indicated any need for immediate follow up. I was disappointed that this was the second time in a row that my car was not washed after it was serviced even though the weather was clear. Over the previous 16 years, my car had always been washed after it was serviced unless it was raining or snowing. I hope that nice touch has not stopped. More
