Horrible experience at Walser Toyota! Important was the Finance! The manger inputed the payment of the car incorrectly cause the monthly payments very high, looked at the finance document Important was the Finance! The manger inputed the payment of the car incorrectly cause the monthly payments very high, looked at the finance documents again, incorrectly inputted again so the sales manager had to redo 2 times. Took another 30 minutes to fix the errors. I had to double check my numbers before signing and the numbers finally looked right. Numbers shall be Accurately looked at before handling to the sale representative to the customers to sign. Communication shall be discussed within sales representative and sale manager to provide better and less errors! Secondly, The sale representative already talked and discussed to us about extended warranty the day before when we were at the dealership. When we decided to move forward with buying our car at Walser Toyota, the sales representative went over again about the warranty and we decline saying NO. The sale manager came over and had to spend more time talking to us getting us buy the extra warranty. We spent another 30 minutes with the sale manager to pressure us to buy the extra warranty. Sales manager were going back and forth pressuring us Until to the point where we felt uncomfortable and wanted to walk out the door. This business practice is horrific! Big mistake! Don't force and pressure us when we already said NO 5 times! Actually, saying NO Too many times to the sale manager! Lastly, We had worked with a different sales person for the past 6 months, today when we got a referral to work with a different sale person, we asked him about giving us $500 off our MRSP due to being a loyalty customer since 2008 with Walser Toyota. Sale manager said no incentive of $500 off. We came to buy our car there is because of the incentive. There is another Toyota who also gave us $500 incentive. We Argued and still got decline. Toyota should have Honor their word when providing such statement that was given! Bad mistake. Walser Toyota messed up! More
Just a routine oil change, but it was quick, and very easy in the new service bay. I like getting my car returned to me parked indoors instead of out in the parking lot, that will be so nice if I need an easy in the new service bay. First, despite 12-13 people working, not one approached me when I walked into the service area. Second, once I had been checked out, it took a substantial amount of time for my car to be delivered to me. Seems like customer service has taken a huge turn for the worse with the new building and decentralized service area. Unfortunately, I will likely look at other area dealers for service where it's not so complicated. More
