I was disappointed that the car I bought definitely had a second key fob but they couldn't find it and despite my texts and in-person visit to ask about the fob, they neither found the key fob nor got back to me to say they were looking for it. It's a $300 thing. And, the "Needs Maintenance Soon" light came on after 1,000 miles of me driving the car, which seems to indicate the car's oil was not changed before giving it to me. I thought the service record implied the oil was changed, but I must be mistaken. No big deal. I could be wrong. When buying a car from a dealer rather than a private party, there is willingness to pay a little more for little amenities, and I feel they were provided to me (licensing, putting the plates on, coaching with driving a hybrid, setup with syncing my phone to the car's Bluetooth and taking time to answer questions). I want to fully insist, the staff is incredibly great, I will recommend Walser and I love, love, love the car they custom identified for me based on their awesome listening, experience, intelligence and going above and beyond expectations. Your service department botched my repair appointment badly. Made an appointment and didn’t order the part. When I came in fo appointment service person immediately went to manager and discussed my appoi badly. Made an appointment and didn’t order the part. Instead of telling me that they didn’t order the radiator they sent me home and I had to hear that they hadn’t ordered the part at the end of the night. Had to drive back down to retrieve my car. Called back the next day & left message canceling order of part and appointment. Still got messages from service department the next week saying part was in. Left message AGAIN canceling part & appointment. Then got another call the day of/after my twice cancelled appointment asking me to come in/reschedule. Very poor service and annoying lack of follow through More
I loved how we were able to browse around without any pressure from sales personnel. Once we had a vehicle we wanted to look at it was easy to connect with a sales person. I love my service at Walser Toyota. I have one big complaint. I think it is wrong that I have to purchase the Toyota app to work my auto start on my key fob. That just isn’t right. I decided to wait for car, was told 1. 5 hours. After 2 hours checked with tech and they told me another 15-20 minutes. Instead it was another 45 minutes for total of 2.75 hours. Did not 5 hours. Did not appreciate not being communicated when it was known that it would take longer. I missed important meeting at work due to this. More
