I needed a battery and Walser did a good job replacing it in one hour. I had to get a jump to get there so the battery was dead after 48 months. Kind workers but the amount of trying to up sell or up charge is really frustrating. Trying to tell me my cabin air filter is "filthy" when I replaced it myself less that 3 weeks ago. I'd rather get a fair rate than spend hundreds to give to a corporation. More
