Stood around for a solid 15 minutes waiting to pick up my car. No one acknowledged me, despite most employees sitting around doing nothing. I said “excuse me” to Marc, who just looked at me, and when I asked car. No one acknowledged me, despite most employees sitting around doing nothing. I bought my last two cars at Walser Toyota, and haven’t brought them ANYWHERE else for service. That all changed yesterday. Never again will I visit this dealer for anything whatsoever. More
