I brought in my Solterra for a new tire due to a screw puncture. Walser Subaru had told me they did not have the tire, but their Toyota dealer did since it fits the bZ4x. After waiting for an hour, I learned that the tire not only wasn't in stock, but it hadn't even been ordered until I checked in for my appointment. After 3 hours at the Toyota dealership, I finally left. On my way home, I had to stop at Walser Subaru because Toyota had not put enough air in the tire to match the other tires and align with the manufacturer specs. My Toyota service advisor, Gavin, did a fantastic job managing a terrible experience that resulted from a completely dropped ball by the parts department. More

The music was not unpleasant, but not elevator background music either. I needed earplugs. No larger tables for doing paperwork-just low tiny beverage tables (designed for looks, not utility). I’ve considered the work tables from the other location a big plus at your dealership. I was there for over 2 hours and I had planned to do some paperwork so the time would go faster. Waiting room is spread out with lots of walking. No mailing to me announcing the whole new facility with pictures so I would have seen the whole building and the waiting room etc and not been surprised. I wondered where the Parts Department was located. I have used your shuttle service over the years because of the convenience to my house. However you changed it and I decided to wait this time. Nice furniture and rest rooms. Still have popcorn. Liked picking up the car inside the building and that you washed the car. I have been going to your dealership for the last 35 years. More
