When we drove the lot to see what was around, we found one and went in to ask about it. Was a good 5 minutes before we were helped and NO other customers were on the sales floor. We were pretty specific on what we were looking for. We even asked to go out to take a look at a vehicle the salesperson showed us on the website, but he then backed off and said it wasn’t on the lot. Total waste of time. They told us to look online at the website first and come back. Uh, we DID. These sales people just had ZERO idea what they actually had to sell. Or else just bait and switch to get you through the door. Do not go here. More

We purchased a used vehicle from Walser Toyota in July 2021. It went through their inspection and reconditioning process prior to sale. Less than 3 months after purchase the drive belts broke, requiring 2021. It went through their inspection and reconditioning process prior to sale. Less than 3 months after purchase the drive belts broke, requiring replacement and almost resulting in more severe damage from overhearing. I would have appreciated a more thorough inspection. There are often signs of age and wear on belts and I feel this was missed by the dealer They were excellent to work with up through the sale.
