We had been looking for a Sienna minivan for quite a while and went to Walser after looking at other locations. I recently bought my RAV4 from Walser Toyota. They had a very large selection of used vehicles, many of which were within my price range. Bob Spicher met us in the lot and helped us drive a couple of diffe very large selection of used vehicles, many of which were within my price range. He even took it upon himself to drive us home (and my father back to the dealership) when my dad locked himself out of his car! It was quite an ordeal, but Bob was very kind and helpful through all of it. (He has also been helpful post-purchase with any questions). We came back the next day to purchase the car, and while Bob was not working we worked with Sierra who was also very helpful in getting everything worked out. There ended up being a mix-up with the car that I purchased, but the managers handled it extremely professionally and offered to meet up with me to get everything straightened out. They bought me a tank of gas and were very apologetic for the mistake - it took no effort on my part which was greatly appreciated. More

My intent was to find a smaller car with better gas mileage that would replace my much larger car. This was not a quick decision for me as it required finding a car that "felt" as good. I began with Kevin Danh and wound up closing the deal with one of his partners, Bob "Spike" Spicher. Both gentlemen provided me with all the answers to my questions while not pressuring me at any time. If they didn't have time, being with another customer, they found someone to help me. I was offered additional add-on's, when I finally decided to buy my car, but never felt I was being pushed to do so. It was over-all a very pleasant experience.
