Patti was busy with a lot of customers. She was a bit crabby. She had me sign the wrong like on my trade in car title. Then Abel took over and he was great. The main reason I scheduled my service at Walser was the email promotion/coupon my wife had received. I have 4 different Toyota vehicles and am able to take them to multiple dealer service centers and do ba email promotion/coupon my wife had received. Also on this visit my car was not washed and I was never asked so. When my wife was in with a separate vehicle the previous week that vehicle was taken through the carwash. More

Well it took two hours to change oil, inspect and rotate tires with an appointment. Otherwise it was fine. Luckily we brought our bikes and went on a ride.
