The non-negotiable price up front feature is a nice feature. Will also give you a up front very fair price for your trade in. My issue is they don't make you feel welcomed. They had a lot of misses they tried to rectify but not very well. There communication is lost with them and maybe it was just a miss with me. The knowledge of the features of the truck didn't seem like it was there. So if you like the fully hands off and you just kind of do everything yourself then you'll like that. They are very pushy on their extended warrenty. Almost making you feel guilty for not buying it. I mostly gave them a 2 star on how Adam handled or mishandled my issues. It's not really against the dealership itself. More
While I appreciate the Lyft, my original driver canceled, so much delayed. No way to request a return trip without calling dealer. Pricing with the maintenance package is not transparent.
