While I appreciate the Lyft, my original driver canceled, so much delayed. No way to request a return trip without calling dealer. Pricing with the maintenance package is not transparent. I brought my van in due to it running rough at idle. The dealership acknowledged there was a known issue but said I didn’t “qualify” for the software update because the problem wasn’t “bad enough”. The repair was a simple software update, costing the dealership no parts and very minimal labor. I ended up paying $170 out of pocket to have the software updated. This dealership doesn’t care about the safety of its customers. I have several young children and am often the only adult in the vehicle. I simply cannot breakdown and be stranded in the side of the road due to a known issue that the dealership should not repair. We will no longer be using Walser Toyota for any service or car buying needs. More
