I had my rear shocks replaced and it was not communicated to me when I made the appointment that it would take 4 hours to do the work!!! An estimate of the work time would have been helpful for my planning. to me when I made the appointment that it would take 4 hours to do the work!!! BEWARE! Walser Toyota service is shady! Horn hasn’t worked on my 2016 4Runner for a couple of years. Finally took it to Walser Toyota to have it fixed. Was t Walser Toyota service is shady! Horn hasn’t worked on my 2016 4Runner for a couple of years. Finally took it to Walser Toyota to have it fixed. Was told there would be a $45 - $190 diagnostic charge which I agreed to. After diagnosing the problem I was told it would be $1,100 to fix the horn. I said no thanks. Diagnostic charge was $190 (shock), but even better there was an additional $30 charge for “shop fees”. When I got the vehicle back, none of the steering wheel buttons worked (cruise control, radio controls, etc). I was told “they probably would have stopped working soon anyway”. So I paid $220 for Walser Toyota to quote me $1,100 to fix my horn and break the rest of my steering wheel controls. Stay Away! More
