I had an appointment at 4:20. I arrived at 4. It was kindly explained that my vehicle most likely would not be serviced before my appointment time. I understood, and was told my v I arrived at 4. Although the new show room is beautiful I did not that my vehicle was not ready until 6:10. I was not approached with an update until 5:45. This was the worst service I have had in the many years I have been bringing in my vehicles to Walser. More

Had my tires replaced as part of the agreement when purchasing a car from walser. Not sure why, but the appointment took close to 3 hours. I was told it would take that long. Just surprised as I hav purchasing a car from walser. Not sure why, but the appointment took close to 3 hours. I was told it would take that long. Just surprised as I have never had tire replacement take any where near that long. They do have a beautiful new building. After the service work, they wash your vehicle, which is really nice. However, the floors in the new building where they park the completed cars gets really slick, Be careful!! More

Things were great when we went to check out the car. The day I came to pick up my new car, it was a pretty disappointing experience. I didn’t even hear a congratulation the day I picked up the car. I chose to buy my car at Walser because of their credibility and professionalism, but with the price, I expect a bit better customer service. More
