Purchases a used vehicle, Dealer was unable to explain vehicle history, unclear on warranty purchase, unable to secure financing. personally secured financing with 15 minutes. Purchased this vehicle on 5/04 due to another Wasler purchase undrivable, waiting 2 weeks to get in for diagnosis and repair. First day home with vehicle had 3 foot diameter oil leak under car on floor and burning oil smell. Returned to dealership for repairs, Walser sent out to independent shop. When returned, had to request multiple times what was found before receiving information. Shop completed none of the requested repairs. Left at dealer, returned home in a loaner car. Have been without new purchase for two weeks with no communication. Now I have two Walser vehicle in the shop for repairs. Less than More
I came for oil change in April and the service rep suggested replacement of spark plugs which I agreed to. I came home with car and parked it in garage. Several days later when I next used car, big suggested replacement of spark plugs which I agreed to. I came home with car and parked it in garage. Several days later when I next used car, big oil spot on garage floor. Brought my car back to Walser who immediately checked and said, according to service, oil plug was not properly installed or was faulty. Problem was remedied and I left with no charge in about one hour. More

Professional staff who were able to quickly identify the issue we were having with our air conditioning system, order the parts, and have our vehicle back to us within a day, ahead of the orignal estimated issue we were having with our air conditioning system, order the parts, and have our vehicle back to us within a day, ahead of the orignal estimated time. The free rental car service was an extra bonus, allowing us to get about our day without having to juggle rides. Very happy with the service. More
