I've been going here for the past 15 years and always am impressed with the staff. We had a weird situation though where a caliper on the rear left apparently was not tightened and came loose on the drive impressed with the staff. Fortunately we were able to pull over and it should be fixed tomorrow. The dealership has taken care of a loaner for us. I've never had an issue until now and hope this incident ensures better safety checks before the vehicle goes out on the lot. We were very fortunate in this case but it truly terrified me. More
