Absolute horrible experience and will never go back. If I could have bought the same car elsewhere I would have left. Was paying with cash and the sales rep started asking me for my personal informati If I could have bought the same car elsewhere I would have left. Was paying with cash and the sales rep started asking me for my personal information and SS#, so I asked what do you need that for - for a credit application she said. I really had to contain my blood pressure and said absolutely not. She got the manager and he said well you can get a cashier check or wait 10 days to get the car after check has cleared. These options should have been explained first and not just try to lure me into a credit application. Then I was reading the detailed TofC after getting the car and paperwork- absolutely horrible how you think you can just sell and share my personal information!! So glad I didn’t share my SS# and have sent letter to have all my info deleted. Taking advantage of me being in an hurry. Also, online said $100 documentation fee but sales person charged me $200 and $49 expedite fee for title, again taking advantage of me being in a hurry. Extremely insulting experience and will never go back!! Don’t assume everyone out there is scammers or people with bad record or credit. We just moved into our $1.5 mill custom home and this was my 5th car for the garage. More

Our Salesperson Lance did a great job helping us find the right truck. He was knowledgeable, friendly and genuine. Troy Withers also helped and was equally cool.
