I asked about undercoating the truck I bought and was advised that the surface rust would be removed prior to undercoating. I contacted the installer and they do absolutely zero rust removal. They'll just covet it up. I called the salesperson to ask for further info and they were to have a manager call me.. never happened. I asked foe the MDS for the product to be installed and he said he would contact the installer. No responae for 3 hours. Soon enough, I was contacted and he said they wouldn't answer their phone. No follow-up since. More

The buying experience was good except at the end the sales man said it went to detail to get all nice and clean but it came back the same dirty inside and out.
