We called and asked prior to coming in if our issue was covered by our warranty which we were told it was. It ended up not being covered and the rep said we were given bad info and have to speak to the rig covered by our warranty which we were told it was. It ended up not being covered and the rep said we were given bad info and have to speak to the right person. So we can’t call and trust that whoever we speak to will get us the right info and it’s always going to be a bet? How is that allowable? Service time took double what they quoted us as well (3+ hours). More
