Everything was excellent, From Dante taking a walk around video per my request before venturing out to the dealership, to Sondra’s professionalism and exuberant spirit! By far one of the best car buying experiences I’ve ever had!! Sondra was very detailed oriented in explaining the process as well apologizing when not even necessary, while we were waiting for finance to speak to us! Customer service was top notch as soon as we walked through the door as well as the final moment in which Sondra handed the keys to me and walked out in the pouring rain to say goodbye with a quick hug and congratulatory term if endearment, by referring to me as “Queen” keep up the great work!
