The dealer I worked with was so chill and gave me a discount and didn’t pressure me into a warranty when I straight up said I’m not getting an extended warranty. I thought that was very respectful of him and have had issues in the past at Rochester Toyota where they almost wouldn’t take no for an answer when I said I didn’t want an extended warranty. He was super quick, explained everything , let me test drive it by myself, so easy to work with. Best dealer/salesman I’ve had with Toyota and this is my 3rd brand new Toyota vehicle purchase in the last 1 1/2 years. I highly recommend Walser if you are looking to get a Toyota in Minnesota! More

Miss that. And, (4) after a $1300 gross invoice, no longer provide a car wash? (Even though my car WAS pretty clean). Minor disappointments. Overall, satisfied. More
Toyota service has always been exceptional I have a 16-year-old Prius and would not take it anywhere else. I think that having it serviced regularly by Walser will preserve its resale value and/or mak 16-year-old Prius and would not take it anywhere else. It took over a month to get my car fixed. The communication was terrible and many times I did not receive a call or text back.
