Ugh, I just wrote over 100 words, clicked next & it took me back to the beginning of the survey.... These are the things that went wrong at my last appointment: I was somehow accidentally skipped over at me back to the beginning of the survey.... These are the things that went wrong at my last appointment: I was somehow accidentally skipped over at check-in. The tech person checking my car said one of my air filters needed to be replaced. However, as I just had them both done 5k miles ago, either they charged me & didn't actually do it, or they were just trying to fake upset me this time. I never got the video showing my car inspection - probably because of the air filter... When Emily called (about above air filter) she said they were almost done with my service & she would text me shortly. I never received a message stating my car was done, but fortunately I was able to just sit & work while waiting. Over 1hr later, I went to ask what the story was, thinking I had somehow been skipped again. Emily kinda apologized, but very flippantly, so it didn't feel very real. She said she had sent me a text & then also stated people actually receiving her messages was 50/50, which, in my opinion, means if you know there are issues & you dont hear from someone, you go find them. And, not that I was really expecting anything, but to not even offer like a free oil change for next time, or $15 off your next visit - just didn't feel like the Walser level of service I have come to love. I have for the most part, had good to great visits, but this was just one thing after another. Also, when I got in my car, the time/clock was alm messed up. Every associate I have dealt with at this location has been great. Helpful, personable and knowledgeable. However, the drop off and pick up processes are confusing and disorganized. There is no clear dire been great. Helpful, personable and knowledgeable. However, the drop off and pick up processes are confusing and disorganized. There is no clear direction on where to go or whether the customer is obligated to seek out an associate, or if it will be the other way around. When service is complete, it is unclear whether the customer should find their rep from drop off, or if any rep will suffice. At both points, the service center is chaotic and it is difficult to tell if a rep is available or is working. A centralized reception desk in the service area would be extremely helpful, as it feels a bit like being thrown to the wolves without one. I do want to re-iterate, however, that the service I’ve received here has been fantastic. The process itself is what could use a little refinement. More
After the price sticker shock wore off from the last battery I purchased from Walser four or five years ago things went great.
