Overall dealership is nice. Previously purchased a vehicle through Walser. This time however was rushed to get us out the door. IE - We were told the car would be detailed prior to taking it home and we let them know it was ok for us to pick it up the next day. Was told they got it detailed same day and it was ready to take home day of sale. Come to find out they didn't even bother to wash it. It was just moved in the parking lot and window stickers removed. Not even the adhesive cleaned off the windows. More

Did install running boards correctly and refused to fix it. Argued with me and I had to get manager involved. Working with my Roger and JJ was a great experience overall they were very helpful and from the test drive to taking it home all in about 3 hours.
