Door guards were included in the price of my vehicle purchased a few weeks ago. The parts needed to be ordered in. I understood that I would be called when I could stop in and get them installed. Two purchased a few weeks ago. The parts needed to be ordered in. I understood that I would be called when I could stop in and get them installed. Two weeks later I called to find out that the parts were in and no one bothered to reach out to me. I thought that after checking if the parts were received that someone would have called me to set up a time to come in and all I got was an email noting the parts are available. So apparently once the sale is made I will not get any contact from Walser Toyota unless I initiate it. This is my families 6th Toyota and the way this is going it may be my last. Also both my current vehicles have the Walser Extended Warranties which I am starting to think was a mistake for me to purchase. More

Rebeca did a great job. She was getting back to me on her days off. I test-drove a lot of cars, and she knew about each of them. I appreciated her being proficient. I did want the Limited, but the off-road was a nice option and she called me as soon as one came in. Tanner did a nice job going over the features. Both were very nice and happy people. A huge concern I have is that I paid to have the car seal protected and I had to take my NEW car away from the dealership to home. Now after paying a lot of money to have, it protected I have to worry about what happens if it gets SCRATCHED or Dented after paying for this to protect it. The car should have stayed at the shop till it was completed. This was a disappointment and I hope there will not be challenges with scratches on my car. I did feel there was a hiccup in the communication with the car having this seal protector done before I picked it up. I did feel rushed in the purchasing process. Thank you! More
