Technician who checked me in was fabulous - straightforward about what needed to be done to assess or complete 3 tasks on my vehicle, efficient, respectful and soft spoken. Touched base with me in waiting room on what was identified and gave me information on the etiology. Car was done before estimated time and I was able to work on my laptop in the waiting area- even better. The employee who helped me this visit was the best I've had at Walser yet- he has the perfect demeanor for the job. Thanks! More

Great service, but still have a slight issue with my request. My accent light request was corrected, but one of the led light isn’t as bright. The tech maybe didn’t look at it closely when he reconnecte request. My accent light request was corrected, but one of the led light isn’t as bright.
