Actual oil change was fine. Service agent told me it would take an hour to hour and a half. I saw car being brought around as completed. Waited for nearly 15 minutes then dec Service agent told me it would take an hour to hour and a half. I saw car being brought around as completed. Waited for nearly 15 minutes then decided to go to agent to see if car was done. Agent was sitting at desk with my paperwork laying there and he was playing with some hand folded paper daydreaming as my paperwork sat on his desk while he did nothing until I ask if my car was done and he completed the sale. If I had not inquired I might have sat there for who knows how long! My time is worth $100 per hour. If Walser people have no more respect for customers time than this illustrates I have no reason to go back to have my time wasted. More

Walser Toyota has customer service down to a fine art. 3rd vehicle purchased from this location in a dozen years. By far the worst experience. Previous two times worked with Sam Aldubol (probably wrong spelling) and he was great. The sales guy I worked with was nice but clearly did not know enough about the vehicle he was selling, I had to correct him when he said the vehicle had certain features and it did not. The sales managers were not much better. To add, I was never given the lug nut key for the wheels and when I called it was a “you have to come in so we can measure ”. Apparently they can’t mail it or even know what size so I can order one. This location is 30 minutes away from me so over an hour of my time to correct their mistake that they indicated I would need to pay for. I wanted to be loyal but probably won’t purchase from here again. More
