I asked about undercoating the truck I bought and was advised that the surface rust would be removed prior to undercoating. I contacted the installer and they do absolutely zero rust removal. They'll just covet it up. I called the salesperson to ask for further info and they were to have a manager call me.. never happened. I asked foe the MDS for the product to be installed and he said he would contact the installer. No responae for 3 hours. Soon enough, I was contacted and he said they wouldn't answer their phone. No follow-up since. More
