Special Ordered a RAV4. It arrived with $1828 of options I never ordered. Nothing was ever said regarding this. I thought the price with tax and license was higher than it should be but figured everything was on the up and up. It leaves a bit of a sour taste in your mouth. All I can figure it I received a vehicle someone else ordered and then back out on it. If this is the case I would have appreciated them being up front regarding this. Previous to this I was happy with my experience. More

Walter always does a great job when it comes to servicing my vehicles (2018 Toyota Highlander and a 2018 RAV4). In this case, it was simply an oil change, tire rotation, and servicing of the front brakes my vehicles (2018 Toyota Highlander and a 2018 RAV4). In this case, it was simply an oil change, tire rotation, and servicing of the front brakes (new pads, machining the rotors).
