Pricing on my trade was a hassle. Sales manager Rob I believe his name was got all hot headed and tried to leave mid conversation and wouldn't let me speak. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. Was told by Troy in a Text that online estimate was ballpark estimate. So I held out hope for better trade in price. My wife and I took a red Tacoma for test ride. Salesman took us to parking ramp to look at other Tacomas. We settled on a silver one. By the time we left we were there just over 4 hours. Salesman took car to get detailed.(poor job detailing? Paperwork done and go to leave, pretty deep scratches on hood I was tired frustrated and dis appointed the next morning I look at truck in full light and atleast 20 more all over truck, I was told the 7k miles was an employee 4 month lease. So stupid me I thought being an employee that they would have taken care of it. I was in your dealership on 4/6/24. Seen in the light all scratches on 4/7/24. I texted salesman and he said something about it being 7years old. Scratches are to be expected. Keep in mind I bought a 2023 Tacoma with just over 7k miles. I was talked out of 2024 Tacoma coming in next few weeks. Once Salesman figured things out he asked me to drive another hour one way to see if scratches can be buffed out but said deep scratches couldn't be. No telling how long it would take. The whole experience stunk, your sales manager very rude and hot headed. My wife and I bought a Passport from your burnsville dealership and had a good experience we negotiated price etc. so I'm not sure why your Bloomington dealership is the way it is. More
