Service writer was great and communication was great and oil change was great. But when the tech filled the tires with air he accidentally damaged 1 valve stem which created a leak. As I drove home on t oil change was great. But when the tech filled the tires with air he accidentally damaged 1 valve stem which created a leak. As I drove home on the freeway the Blizzack winter tire deflated and was completely damaged before I could get pulled over. New tire and valve stem and installation was over $200. Accidents happen but that has never happened to me before. More

I'm not sore I understand what I'm rating? They have done a great job keeping my 2007 Prius running over the last seven years although, when I moved back to the Twin Cities in 2017, she was already 10 years old.
