Several times I've just stopped in at the dealership for a question and received prompt cheerful answers....just this morning I stopped in to have someone help set up my Blue Tooth on my new Rav 4 and there was no shortage of fellows willing to help me right then...and in no time it was working great! Shopping for a new car is one of my least favorite activities but thanks to Spike and staff I'm happy and smiling in a new vehicle in a couple of hours. Painless....and lots of humor in the process. We visted Walser Toyota looking to test drive a Toyota Rav4 that was listed on Cars.com. We happen to show up on an incredibly busy day. Spike was very friendly and easy to talk to which made it easy for us to ask him questions. Bob has a very layed back personality. It was fun listening to some of the banter between him and his coworkers. We didn't feel any pressure from him to add extras to our purchase. This was our first visit to the Walser Toyota dealership in Bloomington and it was very good experience. I strongly recommend this dealership and working with Bob, if possible. More

I came here looking to trade my car, I read on here that "Spike" was the guy to see. I walked in and he was the friendly face that greeted me. I came into Walser knowing I wanted a camry but my parents weren't sure if it would be within my funds or if it was the best car for me. Darren did an excellent job making my parents and I knowledgeable and informing us of the great qualities in a camry and Toyotas overall. I ended up leaving with the exact car I wanted and am very happy about it! I give Darren a 10/10 and exceeded my parents and I's expectations. My dad mentioned on the way home how he has bought a lot of cars in the past and talked to a lot of different salesman and said that Darren was the friendliest best experience he has had at a dealership.
