He was very knowledgable, understanding, and had a lot of patience with us and our decision. It was very refreshing to have a sales staff giving us all the important information that we needed, without making us feel pressured into purchasing a vehicle. He was very helpful and easy to work with and had a great sense of humor throughout the whole process. He found us the perfect car and the best deal. It was a pleasure working with Spike. His knowlege and expertise is a huge asset to Walser Toyota dealership. It was a great experience and I am planning to buy a car for my daughter from Walser Toyota as well. Buying a new Prius from Spike was a pleasure. I admired his salemanship, enjoyed his humor, and appreciated his ability to quickly understand my needs. As a female buyer I am sensitive to how salesmen (usu his salemanship, enjoyed his humor, and appreciated his ability to quickly understand my needs. As a female buyer I am sensitive to how salesmen (usually) either stereotype or make assumptions that are wrong. Spike did neither. Thanks for not showing me the cupholders first (even though I was secretly interested). More
I should mention that this was the first time I have bought a car. When I arrived, I assumed I was going to be very overwhelmed by the sheer size of the dealership. I knew that I wanted a Toyota Corolla bought a car. When I arrived, I assumed I was going to be very overwhelmed by the sheer size of the dealership. I knew that I wanted a Toyota Corolla and I had hopes in finding a person that would help me out. Nick Ryan was that guy. He helped me every step of the way. He helped calm my nerves on paperwork, showed me every charge (never felt like I was getting hidden fees), and also walked me through every nook and cranny of the car. By the time I left the lot, I felt on top of the world in my new car. I cannot recommend Nick enough. I always saw car salesmen as "slimy" in my head. Nick was able to take that mentality, and make me feel invited and excited on a day that should be very exciting for a young person buying a new car. Next time you find yourself in Walser, you should look for Nick. He will be the biggest help in selling you a car. More

We enjoyed working with Spike! He was easy to work with and had a great sense of humor. I was dreading the process of buying a car! It was truly refreshing to have a sales staff give us information about and had a great sense of humor. I was dreading the process of buying a car! It was truly refreshing to have a sales staff give us information about the various products that we were interested in and not pressure us into buying things that we were undecided about. I walked away with the car I wanted and the extras that I wanted rather then kicking myself the next day for buying something that I had allowed myself to be talked into. It was a great experience and I am looking forward to working with Walser! More

I'm very disappointed in my experience with Walser. At the first service appointment after the typical 60,000 mile warranty expired they told me that my Highlander needed almost $3,000 in repairs. When I the first service appointment after the typical 60,000 mile warranty expired they told me that my Highlander needed almost $3,000 in repairs. When I expressed frustration with this since it had just had the full 30,000 mile check they said that these issued just arose. When I then told them that I purchased the extended warranty to cover up to 100,000 miles I was told that the problems weren't really that major and didn't need to be repaired right away. I was told that if I did want them fixed I'd have to bring the vehicle back when a representative from Toyota warranty claims could come and verify that the repairs were actually needed. It's rather fishy that Toyota doesn't trust Walser enough to determine when repairs are needed but rather have to send out their own representative. It's also amazing how their story changed once they found out it was still under warranty. I'm very disappointed and will make sure to tell everyone I know not to go to Walser. More
Bob "Spike" kept the car buying experience casual and fun. He made sure to look into all the different financing options for us and adjusted the price down in the middle of the process. casual and fun.
