I wish I could’ve given zero stars. The worst dealership ever. Bought a car from them back in November when i was on work trip from Illinois. They said it shouldn’t be a problem. They will send all the paperwork to DMV in Illinois and I will get my plates right away. Since then still nothing called them like 100 times asking them why it’s taken so long and they keep telling me that it takes up to three months to get them. But when I went to DMV they told me that they never finish the paperwork and that it takes 5-7 day to receive the plates by mail. They not even send the payment to process my plates. Trying to speak to the branch manager and he’s never available for the past month and a half always either on vacation or not in. The worst mistake I ever did. More

The worst. They sold us a car with failing transmission and deliberately withheld information about policies that would have protected us. We called the next week after purchase, when we found out we had bought a junk car, but they did not respond or try to make things right. 4 weeks after our temporary plates have expired, we are still waiting for license plates, because apparently the dealership did not actually have the title from the previous owner, which makes me question how it was legal to sell us the car. We will never deal with this group again. I recommend you avoid them at all costs. Would give zero stars if I could. More

From 4% to 5.49% with what I was financing it was a lot of money they where trying to trick me into agreeing to pay I figure extra $2100 a year. I stormed out pissed and told the salesman he could go to blazes. And told his manager he was a crook. If you go to buy a vehicle at Walzer make sure you bring your KY jelly. More
