I purchased a 2011 Ford F-450 from Walser Toyota with 9,500 miles. I purchased it because it had such low miles. Upon further inspection of the truck when I got it home to my mechanic, the tires were ori 9,500 miles. I purchased it because it had such low miles. Upon further inspection of the truck when I got it home to my mechanic, the tires were original. This is not right as 11 year old tires are not good, however they paid for new ones. Then at about 12,000 miles the truck started running rough from time to time. My driver was on a trip and we couldn't do anything about it until it got back. When it got back it had 14,000 miles on it and we took it to Apple Valley Ford where they said the injectors were bad. This was a $2,500 fix and I knew I bought a used truck so I knew I had to pay for that, Walser did say they would pay $500 of it. When AV Ford got to the injectors they found it needed a new engine. This is a $18,700 fix. I called Walser and the best they would do is give me $2,500. I put 4,500 miles on this truck and it needed an engine!! That is just wrong. They said well we have a 3 month 3,000 mile warranty and that's it. They never offered me an extended warranty. I am very upset, I am a small business owner that can't afford to stick $18,700 in a truck that I just paid $55,000 for, which is well over the retail price and I was fine to pay it because it only had 9,500 miles on it and should last longer than a month and 4,500 miles. I would be very careful buying from Walser Toyota. I could have bought a brand new truck for what I will have into this 2011. They did say they would buy it back from me for $38,000. Which makes no sense as I would still be out the $18,000 plus. Very disappointed Walser. You should either buy this truck back from me for $55,000 or pay for the engine. More

I had to bring it in for two appointments to fix a large crack in the windshield and a headlight out. A few weeks and less than 500 miles later, it was low on oil so I brought it to Walser Subaru, where they did a complete inspection. They found the tires were close to bald, it had at least 3 other lights out, it had two dirty air filters, and it had an oil leak, which was causing it to lose oil. When I contacted them, I was passed around to 3 different managers, none of whom wanted to just admit they made a big mistake by not looking it over and fix those things. They tried telling me that lights had gone out after I had it, etc. Really poor follow up. I will never go to Walser Toyota again. More

Yesterday my wife and I drove an hour to look at a 2020 Toyota Tundra, the salesman couldn’t find the key??? After an hour we attempted to look at another one but apparently that wasn’t ready to show??? Af Toyota Tundra, the salesman couldn’t find the key??? After an hour we attempted to look at another one but apparently that wasn’t ready to show??? After 2 hours we finally got fed-up at the unprofessional treatment (especially since we were shopping for a Toyota Truck in the 40-50k range) We ended up going to Rudy Luther’s Toyota and “What a Difference” We now have a beautiful 2019 Toyota Tundra and they treated us 100% Better!!! Never again- will re-post this review on Facebook Marketplace!!! Stay away from here!! More
I find it deceiving and manipulative to advertise a vehicle that the dealership does not have, just to draw me in. The dealership advertised that they had a 2022 Toyota Sienna in stock. When I reached out, I was sent a video about the shortage of these vehicles. More

this place sucks xxx got a car from them and have issues with the backup camera and told them 3 times to fix it but they kept pushing us away not looking into it and now the backup camera is dead again and with the backup camera and told them 3 times to fix it but they kept pushing us away not looking into it and now the backup camera is dead again and they don't want to do xxxx with it. they didn't even try to open up the dash to see if its anything wrong with the wiring, they only see on their end that it's working while test driving and call it done. I don't recommend going here. More
Frustrating mobile appointment booking experience. In fact, it was not possible to complete appointment booking via my iPhone. This is a huge flaw in otherwise decent dealership operation. 9 am, 20 staff sitting around. Asked to see specific vehicles but none were on the lot, even the ones they mentioned to consider. We feel like we were blown off. When we drove the Asked to see specific vehicles but none were on the lot, even the ones they mentioned to consider. We feel like we were blown off. When we drove the lot to see what was around, we found one and went in to ask about it. Was a good 5 minutes before we were helped and NO other customers were on the sales floor. We were pretty specific on what we were looking for. We even asked to go out to take a look at a vehicle the salesperson showed us on the website, but he then backed off and said it wasn’t on the lot. Total waste of time. They told us to look online at the website first and come back. Uh, we DID. These sales people just had ZERO idea what they actually had to sell. Or else just bait and switch to get you through the door. Do not go here. More
