Drake was great to work with and kept a pro-active communication with me throughout the process. I had a larger repair (over $4k) and he was able to get me some discounts. On the negative side the car communication with me throughout the process. I had a larger repair (over $4k) and he was able to get me some discounts. On the negative side the car inside (seats) were very dirty when I picked up the car. I took some pictures and can share if needed.
