Mike Melchoir was extremely helpful in finding me a low financing rate (even lower than my pre-approved financing I had setup before hand). Mike also did a good job of explaining extended warranties available for me for my particular vehicle. Everyone I had met at Walser Toyota in Bloomington was friendly. I have no complaints. Quality of Work rating: I would have rated this as "Great", however the computer systems went down for a lengthy time (an hour or so) which delayed the whole process. Nick was on-top of things though and I was notified immediately when systems were up again. This system issue was also of note when working with Mike as we were concerned about whether the computers were going to stay up during our meeting about financing. Pricing: I did research prior to my car search and found Walser's prices to be very close to Kelley Blue Book in almost all cases for used cars. More

Price was better than we expected. These guys wrote the book on customer service. They were knowledgeable about every aspect we covered. Never once did we feel pressured into a sale. The vehicle was so clean you hardly knew it was a 2006. Questions were answered all along the way and what Jake couldn't answer immediately he had gotten an answer for me within 10 minutes. Jason took a test drive of my trade in and when all was said and done I was very surprised at the amount we were given considering the age and condition of the vehicle. I never felt better about a purchase of a vehicle in my life. Zack's sense of humor and willingness to explain what we were signing was refreshing. I have said it before and I will say it again. I have been in sales for many years. Taken many courses and training sessions on sales and service. As far as I'm concerned, shadow these three fellows for a day and you will have had a better education than any university. If Walser developed a University for Sales and Customer Service I would be the first to sign on. What ever these guys are drinking... I want some. Don't change a thing. You're on target already. To anyone considering a new or used vehicle I can only say if you have not at least checked Walser Toyota, you are going to miss an experience that will be far better than you can possibly imagine.
