We purchased our Rav4 from Walser pre-owned and have taken it here for service as needed. The service folks are nice, communicate very well and rarely try to oversell services. The waiting area is comfortable for short stays. I very much appreciate that they will provide a Lyft ride home when the service takes more than a few hours. The whole dealership has been undergoing a major remodel and reconstruction for a few years now. I'm looking forward to the construction work being finished and getting back into a routine without construction cones. More
