That we were still unprepared, and that internal miscommunication continued — even to the point of receiving a call to schedule service already in progress — is deeply concerning. I completely understand your disappointment. We also regret the lack of clarity around your sunroof concern and the additional delay due to the cross-threaded lug nut.
