I am the happy driver of a 2011 Toyota RAV4. I had a highlander previously and was happy with it also. I love the way the RAV4 operates on the highway and it's so easy to park! The back opens up so wide and I am able to get all my gear in the back with ease. I teach exercise classes around the city and have to transport equipment for my classes. The storage area in the back is just as big as the highlander, I love it. Our 18 year old daughter also has a RAV4, quite a bit older but still running great. I will always drive a Toyota! Walser has a highly transparent approach to pricing -- so you really can do a "sign and drive" lease. Josh Becerra helped me locate the vehicle that suited my family without making me spend a ton of time at the dealership. Once the right vehicle was located, they brought it to their facility and we quickly settled on a fair price. From that point on, the business mgr, Adam Kretsch, was very helpful in finding ways he could reduce our payments even further than my original expectation. Throw in a bunch of free vehicle service offered by Walser and Toyota, and I left that night with a new vehicle, for less than I expected to pay, with more free service in the future than I had expected. While we didn't end up buying a car from Tom (ending up purchasing a car from a private party) I will definitely start with him at Walser Toyota next time we are shopping for a used car. Our experience with the dealership was positive from start to finish. Dave Thomas, our salesperson, was personable and diligent in following up with me. (I had submitted requests for quotes from three different dealerships, and Dave at Walser was by far the most pleasant to speak with). When my husband and I finally showed up for a test drive, Dave took us out and explained how to drive the car in a straight-forward manner. Originally, we had planned simply to lease one Prius, but my husband decided it was time to trade his car in. Tony Troussov met with my husband the next day to evaluate my husband's car. We were surprised to learn that my husband could do a "one-pay" lease based on the value of his car. We then came into the dealership the following night, and although the transactions took over two hours, it felt like a party...all these employees came by to say hello, Tony handed out business cards with the title, "Chief Lavatory Inspector," while Dave kept things rolling and we learned that the city printed on each employee's name badge was where they were born. Dave made sure the cars were prepped and all of our questions were answered, such as how to get nature license plates, etc. Finally, when we were all set to drive off in our new cars, we enjoyed a very pleasant discussion with Dave under the stars for another 20-30 minutes. This was after Dave had put in a 12-hour day...I was amazed at the patience he had at the end of a long day. My husband and I both feel we can go back to the dealership at any time with any questions or problems, and we'll be treated with courtesy and in a responsive manner. A far cry from some other dealerships we've experienced! More

When I visited Walser Toyota looking for a new/used car John was the first person to come out and talk to me. He was nothing but helpful and never pressured me into a vehicle.
