Because we did not have a trade in, I was concerned about what I could afford. Beca was great in helping me/us find a car we could afford and like. I bought a new Corolla which I am expecting to last me another 20 years! (fingers crossed!) I love the Corolla! The buying process was easy. The protection package we purchased was easy to do too. The only thing I was disappointed in was that I was not contacted to set up an appointment to learn how to use all the bells and whistles in the new car. I had to reach out to Walser to make that happen. Once I did, I was contacted by Reggie right away and arranged the appointment. I am now excited to learn how to use all those bells and whistles! Although the service provided seemed to be complete, I feel the communication seemed very rushed. The video supplied explaining the inspection was so fast it was barely understandable.
