Called the service department regard seeing fluid on my garage floor after my vehicle was serviced. Spoke on the phone with a gal at front desk and was forwarded to the service department. No one picked up the call and the call went straight to voicemail. Let my name and phone number and requested a call back to discuss the fluid on my garage floor. Received no call back from anyone at the service department regarding my after service concern. Disappointed in the quality of service I received and will not be using Walser service in the future. Had to have car towed to dealership over weekend - appreciated call first thing Monday morning. Replaced blown out tire, lined up the front end, checked to make sure no other damage, and washed me car appreciated call first thing Monday morning. This was the second attempt to get some recall work completed. The first time they had it they couldn’t complete the task because they didn’t have the parts. This time, instead of being told that it wo completed. The first time they had it they couldn’t complete the task because they didn’t have the parts. This time, instead of being told that it would take 3 hours, I was told that it would take no more than two. So I decided to stay and wait for it. I drove in the service door at 7 am,and left a little after 9 AM. I drove away happy this time! Thanks! More
