Had an oil change scheduled. Told service tech what I was in for. 15K check was auto filled on my appointment services. Oil change 5K critical weather state was the second line. Service was completed but the oil change was not. My bill was zero dollars. I asked if they completed the oil change and they said it wasn’t on the form. I checked my appointment reminder and it was the second line. I waited an extra hour for the oil change to be completed. Mistakes happen but nobody was observant that I was 100 miles away from an oil change being needed. Jamero Taylor and Michael Wiggins are the very best in the business and I wouldn't dream of buying a vehicle from anyone else! Their genuine interest in the people they serve and integrity in ensuring every need is met are uncommon in the automotive industry ... and the reason we've bought several vehicles from Walser Toyota. When it comes to quality service, Kenny Vaillancourt and Richy Arce are just unbelievable (and I'm not an easy guy to please). The lengths they've gone to, along with techs like Chris Potter, have saved me time, trouble and money more than once. Thank you! More

The Service Advisors do not communicate with each other because while Tyler Halford advised me I will be getting a rental instead of having to sit there and wait while the work was getting done, Aleck Farr because while Tyler Halford advised me I will be getting a rental instead of having to sit there and wait while the work was getting done, Aleck Farrington told me I was misinformed and needed to wait. Fine, because that meant it would be under an hour. I got there @ 10:40 AM, did not leave until 1:00 PM which was longer than the time they initially told me: 11:30. According to them, the service was complete, but the paper work process to finish it took 40 mins. Needless to say, I will not be using them for the future with any more services. More
Scheduling appt was quick. I had a routine (1st!) maintenance for my new car and also needed to fix the struts on my back hatch because it would stay up when I opened it. They didn't have the parts needed to fix the struts (no biggie, I have to go back when they do) but I checked the air pressure on all my tires and they were anywhere from 29-34psi, but the paperwork says they were all put to 35psi. When I went back to fix my hatch, I had them add air to my tires. My issue is, what else did they miss doing? This wasn't a horrible experience, but it could have been better. More
