My wife drives a new RAV4 hybrid. We’ve only had it a few months and a “service required see dealership” light came on. I made the service appointment online. It was very easy to navi We’ve only had it a few months and a “service required see dealership” light came on. I made the service appointment online. It was very easy to navigate. The service department area is beautiful. Excellent, comfortable lounge and waiting area for service customers. Turns out, it was a loose gas cap. My wife put gas in the car and did not turn the cap tight enough. They could’ve charged me $100 or more for the diagnostic, but they waived all cost. Lesson learned. I was very pleased with the whole encounter. More
