The vehicle was parked in a parking lot I was sent to walk to it. Upon finding the vehicle in the vast sea of Toyotas I found her. She wasn’t washed like the cars waiting inside. It took them a half an hour past their quoted time to call me then an hour after that to do the one extra fix. I was there for way longer then I should have been and then they over charged me.
