This was the second attempt to get some recall work completed. The first time they had it they couldn’t complete the task because they didn’t have the parts. This time, instead of being told that it would take 3 hours, I was told that it would take no more than two. So I decided to stay and wait for it. I drove in the service door at 7 am,and left a little after 9 AM. I drove away happy this time! Thanks! More

Service was quoted at 3hours and took 2 days with no explanation. It had been in for a 100000 mile service the week prior. During the full pump service they called and said lights were coming on and they would need to do a diagnostic test for $200. It was ridiculous. More

Asked for inspection. Told $4,500 for timing chain cover replacement. Went to another shop, they found dipstick tube removed from oil pan, $185 job.
